Miss Honey Moon's career began quite by accident in 2003, when one morning after a party she realised she had agreed to perform at a friend's long running cabaret night at Brighton's popular Candy Bar. Honey set to work straight away and within 3 weeks had her act sorted. With a bit of dutch courage she took her first steps onto the stage and began her career as a Burlesque dancer.
Since then Honey has earned much acclaim. Her characters are always inventive and beautifully costumed and her performances have captivated audiences up and down the country. She has featured in the Love Box Festival, London Burlesque Festival and in legendary London venues such as the Volupte Lounge, Soho Revue Bar and Madam JoJo's. She has also been a regular act at Brighton's Club Smooch and has appeared in the world's only 3D burlesque DVD.
Honey's love of burlesque is truly infectious. She has been passing on her skills and knowledge to women in Brighton as a Burlesque teacher for the last 6 years, recently teaming up with master corsetier and fashion designer Miss Chrissie (www.curvecouture.co.uk). Miss Chrissie brings her expert costume and styling skills to Honey's 'Born to Burlesque' and her new 'Burlesque Belle' style classes.

Miss Honeymoon has performed her acts at venues and clubs up and down the country, and is available for bookings. She also produces her own Brighton shows and is always on the look out for new burlesque and cabaret talent.

Ever watched a burlesque performance, swayed along with the music & thought "mmm ... I'd love to be her and do that"? - Well now's your chance!
Whether you want to go into performing, you've just always been curious or maybe you just want to come up with a saucy surprise dance for that special person in your life; Honey's classes are a fun way to spend an evening or weekend.
Honey will teach you all you need to know about putting your own act together from learning the dance moves to creating your theme. Miss Chrissie, her assistant, brings her design skills to the classes in the costume part of the workshop. She is a master corsetier, tailor and maker of accessories; and creates beautiful theme boards for your act and outfits. She also teaches how to make accessories in Honey's Burlesque Belle classes.
You'll learn new things in Honey's burlesque classes whilst giggling and having fun with other like
minded women, plus if you bring a friend you'll get £10 off your class!

Born to Burlesque -Weekend Courses
This course is specific to learning how to tease and please your partner at home. You will learn how to develop an alternative persona, including a brief costume workshop, learn the art of striptease and use what you've got at home to make it a night he will never forget!
PLEASE NOTE: You will need to bring with you a bra and pants set to the workshop to sew bits on, and optionally suspender belt and stockings if you wish (costume is not provided) Price includes £10 for materials to customise your costume.

Parties Miss Honey Moon

Hen & Birthday Parties Miss Honey Moon likes having fun, lots of fun! Her burlesque parties are no exception and guarantee giggles and smiles all round (partly due to the bubbly!) . Miss Honey Moon will teach you all some of the classic burlesque dance moves and teases that she has been performing on stages for years. By the end of the party you'll be linking your moves together and forgetting any inhibitions that you might have had - strutting your saucy stuff around the room and laughing with your friends! Throughout the party there will be plenty of opportunities for photos, but at the end of the day Honey makes sure she gets everyone together for your end of day group shot - to show off your newly learnt burlesque poses for the camera! (see Honey's blog for the hall of fame). Traditional afternoon tea complete with yummy hand crafted Hen or Birthday cupcakes (singing happy birthday optional!) can also be provided upon request.
